This is the only time you will be asked to enter your SSN to verify your identity. If you’ve used our telephone banking before and you have a four (4) digit access code, you will be prompted to update your access code. Your Access Code/PIN must be between six (6) and (8) characters and cannot start with a zero (0). You'll always be asked to enter your account number and PIN for account transactions and inquiries (balances, interest, etc.).
