Bill Pay has a fresh, new look!
On September 10th, AgFed launched a redesigned Bill Pay experience that gives you access to all the functionality you’re used to with a new modern look, streamlined workflows, and friendlier navigation.
Why The Change?
At AgFed we understand life is busy. Our new Bill Pay experience will simplify paying your bills with improved workflows for key features and friendlier navigation to ensure you can get your bills paid with ease—and save your time and effort for more important things.
What’s New?
In addition to the overall design update, you will now be able to add billers in just a few clicks. Our system can find billers and add them to your account for you in minutes.
Welcome to the improved AgFed Bill Pay experience!
- Any unpaid eBills and Reminders can be found in the Unpaid bills section at the top of the Pay Bills page.
- My Billers includes all other billers arranged by your payment activity.
- Click checkbox next to a biller to start multipay or Click on Pay button to pay one biller at a time.
- Any scheduled and recent payments can be found in Recent Activity section on the right.
- All previous payment activity can be found on the Activity tab next to Pay Bills tab.
- Click on a biller name or logo to access Biller Details to manage any biller info or service.
Will This Update Affect My Account Access?
No. Once the updated Bill Pay user experience is live, you can simply log into Online or Mobile Banking using your same credentials to see what’s new. You’ll find all of your past Bill Pay history, payee information, and scheduled payments in place and ready to use.
Will I still have access to the same Bill Pay features as before?
Yes, you will still be able to access all the same Bill Pay features you do today, just a little easier with our improved workflows and friendlier navigation.
Will this update affect the Mobile Banking App?
Yes, the Bill Pay feature with the Mobile Banking app will be updated with the same improved workflows and friendlier navigation to ensure a seamless experience across all devices. Important! We do not expect any interruption in service during the update.
